Western University Policy and Regulations
The academic policies and regulations of the French Immersion School and Western University apply to all students. Academic policies and regulations are described in the University's academic calendar, which may be consulted at Western, at the School office or on the web: westerncalendar.uwo.ca
Online Learning Transfer and Refund Policies
Requests to transfer out of a course will be allowed up to two days prior to the start of a course. A $15 transfer fee will be charged.
For drop requests received a minimum of 10 calendar days prior to the start date of the course, a full refund will be given, less the $25 drop fee. If the drop request is received after 10 days and a minimum of five days prior to the start of the course, a refund of 85% of the course fee will be given and a $25 drop fee will be charged. No refunds are given after five days prior to the start of a course.
